With over 15 years of industry experience, Justin possesses extensive expertise across many construction phases, facets, and types. Specializing in design-build and fast-track project delivery, he’s successfully managed projects across a broad range of industry sectors. He leverages this background to lead a talented and dedicated team of construction professionals. Justin’s involvement spans the entire spectrum of company operations, encompassing project management, personnel development, corporate strategy, and client relations.

Bobby excels in building on-site project teams and remains hands-on, actively participating in daily tasks to seize teaching opportunities. His leadership extends to a granular level, where he harnesses his unique background and drive to maximize the impact of field forces for all project stakeholders.
